FAQ
Anyone entering The Comfort Zone will need to show a valid 19+ ID. The Comfort Zone accepts driver's licenses, health cards, and passports. In conjunction with local authority guidance, we operate an ID seizure policy whereby any false ID will be confiscated.
Search procedures are within the legal rights of The Comfort Zone, and it is a condition of entry that everyone agrees to be searched prior to entry. Please note that refusal to comply with the search will result in denial of entry.
Management reserves the right to refuse entry. We strongly promote responsible drinking; therefore, we reserve the right to decline admission or service to individuals who are, or appear to be, excessively intoxicated.
You will be required to present your wristband/stamp to re-enter.

The Comfort Zone maintains a strict policy against harassment. If you encounter or observe any behavior that causes discomfort, we kindly request that you promptly inform our staff. They will notify management of any complaints, which will be thoroughly investigated. Any form of harassment, such as leering, offensive remarks, or unwanted physical contact, will be addressed accordingly. Individuals found guilty of harassing others will face a permanent ban from our premises. Our objective is to foster an environment where everyone can freely express themselves without fear of judgment or harassment.

You are not allowed to bring food in from an external vendor.
We accept CAD and USD payments (USD at par).
Please be aware of high sound levels. It is advisable to use earplugs for your comfort and protection. As part of our commitment to being a considerate neighbor, we kindly ask that you minimize noise disturbance when exiting the premises.

If an item is found or left at coat check and not collected, we will store the item for a maximum of 30 days. If you have lost an item, please send us a message here with as much detail about the item as possible, including where it was left (if known) and the night it was lost.
