Returns and Claims Policy

For misprinted, damaged, or defective items, please submit claims within 30 days of receiving your order. We cover costs for packages lost in transit due to our error.

Due to the custom nature of our printed products, The Comfort Zone Shop cannot accept returns for sizing issues or buyer's remorse. Please consult the sizing charts on our product pages before placing your order.

Returns

We do not offer exchanges. To replace an item, kindly place a new order and return the original item to The Comfort Zone Shop. Please email us below and include your order number for return instructions.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before processing begins. Once processing starts, our return policy applies.

Claims

Claims for damaged, incorrect, or missing items must be made within 10 business days of purchase. Claims submitted after this period cannot be accepted.

Return Shipping

You are responsible for the shipping costs when returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
