Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
Because we provide custom printed products, The Comfort Zone Shop cannot provide returns for sizing issues or buyers remorse. It is your responsibility to check the sizing charts provided on the product pages and to ensure your size meets your specifications before finalizing the order. If a particular item does not have a sizing chart then you may request one using the contact form below.

Order cancellation can only be made before your purchase is being processed. Once processing occurs, the return policy is in effect.
If you received damaged, incorrect or missing items on an order, claims must be made within 10 business days from your date of purchase. Claims made after this time will not be accepted.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
